Teardown: Humans (well, me)

Ok. I'm going to be the first to kick myself about this throwaway post. It's late. You know I've been trying to lose weight. We have a scale that does fat percentage as well.Well, so far I'm down around 15 pounds... most of that is fat, though I'm sure some muscle went with that since it's not needed to move my (formerly) fat ass around. The thing that's really creepy is converting weight to volume.Fat's density is around 1.1kg/l. (Water is, by definition, 1 kg/l. Lean body mass is around 0.9 kg/l) In other units, fat is around 9.2 pounds per gallon.I have, so far, lost around a gallon and a half of fat.Picture a milk jug and a half. Of fat. That weights 15 pounds. That's motivation to keep going.Or course I probably blew that tonight with wings and beer... but screw it. (Honestly, I did some real working out this morning so I'm still OK.)This is an updating spreadsheet. Feel free to look at it change. Feel free to prod me if I fall off the wagon too badly.
