Brutal Open Honesty

A new scale is in the bathroom -- a Fitbit Wi-Fi scale.And I've opened up my profile. Look at my profile it over here. Every time I step on the scale you can see what my weight is.I do have the option to delete readings, but I won't (unless it's a patently bogus value). I also have my body fat percentage is there too.Right now (well, an hour ago): 197.1 lbs 21.7% fat.Goal: 175.Feel free to track me.  :-)
