Reviews

Finished the reviews at the office... reviews are a pain. Reviews of your peers. Reviews of your manager. Reviews of yourself are especially annoying.They are uniformly a pain.They are also necessary... so I'm not complaining about them. More just venting about them. <shrug/>It's good to work with people who are good, it makes writing them easier. In the end, I suppose that's the point of working at Amazon, they set a high bar to get hired so it's a bit less likely to be working with duds. :-)
