Seattle - Home

I know I've written about this before, but somehow it hit home a bit more on Wednesday.You see, Wednesday, Macklemore filmed his latest video at Dick's in Capitol Hill. It's the same Dick's I walk by a couple times each week.The first thing that came to mind was:

"It sure is nice that he's filming this at home."

Not his home, but mine.I never thought that about Cleveland or even Solon. I would say something like "it's cool that this is happening in Cleveland." In hindsight I think I didn't think of Cleveland as home, just the place I was living. Of course my house was my home, but it was a disjoint idea from the city I lived in.Wednesday it hit me that the two ideas have merged into one here. In Seattle. My home.
