Penultimate

Tomorrow is my last day at Amazon. It's been nearly seven years since I first interviewed at Amazon, and today was the second-to-last day there.

It's been an adventure. I met a lot of great people. There were some awesome times, there were some trying times. Amazon is a big company. If you're the type of person that can handle a large company atmosphere, it's something that you may thrive at. If you like the smaller worlds of the startups, then you'll likely get frustrated.

In many ways it's just like Seattle. I had never lived in a dense city like Seattle; I learned that I do not like it. But the fact that I don't like it doesn't mean that it's not for everyone.

Tomorrow ends a chapter of my life.

The day after that begins a new adventure.
