No imagination

From talking to our realtor we got the suggestion to repaint the dark red color we had in our front hallway to something brighter to make the room feel more open.

This kind of makes me sad.

Here's the room post edging.

I like the red. It made the room cozy.

But people apparently don't have any imagination.
