Culvert issues

Yesterday Ennie found something on the driveway. More along what wasn't there actually.

We have a creek in the front yard. The driveway has a culvert over the Shaw Branch of White's Creek. What she found was a hole. It looks like there was something that was allowing water to flow down under the driveway pavement and erode away the driveway foundation.

A trip to Home Depot and 120 pounds of concrete... hopefully the patch holds well enough that it stops the erosion at least for a while. I'll top-dress this a bit more with some asphalt as well as driveway sealant. The combo of all of it I'm hoping will make this last a longer.
